Our model

A staged China entry model: assess first, launch second.

We do not ask brands to buy a full China launch before the direction is clear. Our Guangzhou-based team starts with a focused assessment report, then moves into launch setup and 90-day operation only when the brand is ready.

Step 1 $4,000

China Entry Assessment Report

For brands that want a serious China market decision before committing to launch setup, platform work, content production, or store operation.

  • Brand DNA analysis
  • China market research
  • China market objectives
  • Pricing range and logic
  • Localization strategy direction
  • Pre-launch preparation checklist
Step 3 Next stage

China Operating Plan

After the 90-day operation, we use market feedback and platform data to recommend the next China plan. This may include monthly operation, traffic planning, visual optimization, or product localization.

  • Market feedback review
  • Platform and content performance summary
  • Store and listing optimization direction
  • Next-stage budget recommendation
  • Practical operating plan for China

Credit policy

The $4,000 report fee can be credited toward the full launch package.

If a brand purchases the $29,999 90-Day China Launch & Operation package after completing the assessment report, the $4,000 report fee can be applied as credit toward the full package.

This structure lowers the first-step decision pressure while still giving serious brands a clear path into execution.

Service architecture

What the model actually covers across assessment, launch, operation, and growth.

The offer is not only consulting and not only store operation. It connects the early market decision with the execution work needed to make a China launch testable.

01

Market and brand decision

Brand DNA, category research, China positioning direction, audience logic, price range, competitor context, and whether the brand should enter now.

02

Launch readiness coordination

Trademark search, registration path review, tax and payment route preparation, platform requirements, sample readiness, and asset checklist management.

03

China-facing localization

Localized brand story, Chinese-facing product benefits, claim-sensitive wording, visual direction, product page structure, and content angles.

04

Store and platform operation

Taobao, Tmall, Tmall Global, or relevant marketplace launch support, product listing maintenance, campaign setup, pricing coordination, service feedback, and platform reporting.

05

Social content and creators

Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, and creator/KOL planning based on the brand stage, content proof, target audience, and test budget.

06

90-day validation and next step

Real exposure tracking, content feedback, store feedback, traffic review, market signal summary, and a next-stage operating plan after the test.

Scope notes

What is included, and what needs separate scoping.

Included in the $29,999 package

Launch coordination, localization direction, platform and account setup support, product listing preparation, social content direction, KOL planning, paid traffic management, store operation, reporting, and 90 days of account management.

Scoped separately when needed

Platform deposits, advertising spend, KOL fees, sample shipping, warehousing, logistics, official registration or filing costs, legal costs, tax advisory, and specialized filing costs.

Traffic guarantee, not sales guarantee

The 90-day operation can include a written guarantee for at least 1,000,000 real, traceable views. We do not guarantee sales because conversion depends on product, price, reviews, inventory, demand, and market response.

Fit

This model is designed for brands that need clarity before building a heavier China structure.

Best fit

  • Skincare, beauty device, personal care, and premium beauty brands.
  • Brands with real products, assets, and willingness to localize for China.
  • Teams that want market data before committing to larger China spending.
  • Founders or brand teams that need one partner to connect strategy and execution.

Not the right fit

  • Brands looking for guaranteed sales without market testing.
  • Products with weak margins, unclear claims, or no operational readiness.
  • Teams that only need a one-time translation job or isolated graphic design task.
  • Brands unwilling to adjust pricing, content, channel order, or product presentation.

First step

Start with the assessment report before buying the full launch package.

The report gives both sides a clearer view of China fit, pricing logic, localization direction, and launch readiness.
